Just received, installed, and tested my pair of new Mavic 819's with new Hadley red hubs, 32 DTSwiss double butted spokes, black brass nipples at Blankets yesterday. The instant engagement pedal:wheel makes ALL the difference in negotiating trail obstacles. Quiet in coasting, too. At a lower cost that I-9 or Chris King, to me this is the best kept secret in MTB hub offerings.

Forget mounting non-UST tires on any UST rim... sidewalls just sweat air and sealant. I'll run my old tube tires til I need new ones.
