  • First time on the bike is a huge success…
    In my attempt to populate the world with more mountain bikers, I thought I would start at home! Most of you have probably already seen the thread on Johnny’s girlfriend aka. my future wife’s new bike.   • Ever just have one of those days?
    Well, I did today. I headed up to Rich Mountain (which is a killer of a ride anyway) with some friends today, and I just could not control my heart rate.
